The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo is a Belle Époque style palace in the heart of Monaco in the French Riviera. It belongs to the Société des Bains de Mer de Monaco and is part of the Leading Hotels of the World.

It was built in 1890 and 1896 by the architect Nicolas Marquet with the participation of Gustave Eiffel, who designed the lobby.

The hotel has a winter garden and a 7,000 m² spa.

It is part of the elite palaces in Monaco with the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, the Monte-Carlo Beach and Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort.

It is classified as Monument and is overlooking the Monaco Harbour and the Mediterranean Sea.

I had the pleasure of being invited by Julia Burg, Senior Press Relations Manager (UK, RUSSIA, CIS COUNTRIES, BRAZIL, GERMANY, SWITZERLAND) to eat in the elegant hotel restaurant and to enjoy the excellent dishes offered to the best customers.

Le Vistamar is its famous Restaurant that is managed by the Executive Chef Benoît Witz and has a Michelin star. It was designed by the renowned Pierre Yves Rochon with an exquisite style.

The Limùn Bar offers freshly baked pastries.

I have enjoyed my visit to the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo and I have been able to realize that it is one of the most emblematic hotels of Monte Carlo.
Customers come from all over the world to enjoy an exquisite gastronomy, an atmosphere full of glamour and a professional and polite treatment by all the hotel team.

The spectacular public spaces include the “winter garden” with a large glass and steel dome in an Art Nouveau style, designed by Gustave Eiffel, and La Salle Belle Époque, of great opulence with its pink marble columns and Fragonard frescoes.

The hotel is one of the main social centers of Monaco
