Guests of the VILLA EL MARTINETE are considered VIP clients of the GRAN HOTEL GUADALPÍN BANÚS *****, in charge of check in/check out, reception service and daily room cleaning.
The price includes the services in Annex 1, which is an inseparable part of this contract.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The price includes, exclusively, the following services:
Annex 1
- Reasonable water, electricity and internet costs, according to the contract clause 2.
- Garden and pool maintenance: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
- Final cleaning if the house is left in reasonable conditions.
- Standard daily general cleaning: cleaning of common areas (8 hours/day, excluding weekends and holidays).
- Daily cleaning of rooms: between 9 am and 5 pm, in this time slot at customer's choice.
- Change of bed linen: every 2 days.
- Change of towels: daily. We provide 1 set of towels per Client.
- External perimeter security provided by the hotel. Guard patrol.

- Ambulance service with Helicópteros Sanitarios.
- Alarm system.
- Reception service provided by the hotel.
As an explanation, the price does NOT include:
Additional hours of general cleaning or maid service.
Additional hours of final cleaning if the house is not left in reasonable condition.
Private security. We recommend hiring a private security service if the Client does not have their own security.
The villa itself is 2000 square meters and flows seamlessly between outdoor and indoor living. Intimate living rooms offer quiet respite and large lounges enable lavish entertaining and balcony sitting areas add comfortable enclaves for relaxing and socializing in the beautiful garden.
The main house can comfortably accommodate up to sixteen overnight guests in five bedrooms on the 2nd floor and four more bedrooms in two guest houses on the property.
Highspeed secure Wi-Fi is available property wide, and a sound system plays in the main floor lounges and terrace. There is air-conditioning throughout the Villa with individual controls in each bedroom.
The Villa offers a host of amenities inside and out. A large ground floor terrace with lounge and dining areas looks out onto the gardens and La Danza Pool.
